Seasons When you get the opportunity to work for Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson….well, you take it. We were asked to run their call center and sell tickets to the Gold Cup Race of Champions. We were then asked to clean up their ticket system and get all of their events up and running while working with Follow The Eyes marketing to drive ticket sales. This historic race facility is under new management and with Rachel Sweet, Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson calling the shots, it’s destined to follow in greatness. Come see us in Chico, CA for our second race facility in California. We setup their events on a new ticket platform for 2023 and are managing those events remotely. We scanned in the main entrance to the festival and supplied close to 50 team members across property to assist with parking attendants for their 4 attendee lots. This event was our first outdoor music festival and boy did it ROCK. Fans were greeted and gave out credentials and wristbands to VIP and Premium areas. This race team doesn’t miss a lap on giving great customer service and treating their fans with style. We assisted in phone center support two weeks before the race, during the race and worked in the box offices during the event. Not all of our team made this group photo at the iconic Coliseum! We had over 30 team members scanning tickets and seating fans. We proved we can provide a larger number of staff and keep with our solid trained professional promise. Our team got down and dirty at the dirt race and kept fans moving and having a great time while preparing to watch an amazing one of a kind NASCAR dirt race. UK Athletics knows how to show fans how important they really are by supplying them with emails, texts, and mobile assistance outside the entry gates. They know how to make our jobs easier by informing the fan before they arrive to download mobile tickets and place them in your wallet. Well kinda, sorta. We can’t say enough great things about being in Vegas. The events have been incredible. We are their renewal team for NASCAR Cup weekend and for NHRA weekend. We increased renewals over 2019 for both events. Their team is incredible to work with and we always feel like we are welcomed home when we arrive. We got the pleasure of staffing their ticket booths for their inaugural NASCAR Cup Weekend. The house was packed and the event SOLD OUT! When you get the opportunity to work for the opening or shall we say reopening of a facility as great as NSS, you take it! This was such a great experience working with the team from Dover Motor Speedway to put on NASCAR’s return to Music City. We not only got to help with ticketing and box office staff, we also got the chance to provide ushers for their big event. With a short turn around, we staffed all three days with eager and willing team members to help guests find their seats and enjoy the races. We have continued to support Nashville Superspeedway. The team at World Wide Technology Raceway really know how to hold an event. Their staff is well prepared and focused on making the fan experience a great one! Whether it’s NHRA or IndyCar events, this place puts on a show. Our team was all over this race course, from credentials to parking. We sold tickets, we placed wristbands on hospitality guests and yes, we even answered the main phone line. It’s a great honor to see this facility before they were given the NASCAR Cup race for 2022. It’s been such an honor to work their inaugural Cup race weekend this year and look forward to NHRA and INDYCAR. We are currently working with WWTR on renewing tickets for their fans into the 2025 season with outbound sales efforts. We knocked it out of the park by operating their Door Dash Renewal Lounge and surpassed not only their race week renewal numbers, but their yearly goal…yes, in 3 days we surpassed their yearly renewal efforts from 2019. Did we forget to mention they were at 30% capacity? What a great time we had with their team and the teams from across Speedway Motorsports. The weather was hot, the racing was exciting and the fans were amazing. It’s been a great pleasure working with management to assist with Box Office, Bag Check and Ticket Scanning staffing during events. We updated contracts, installed programs and processes, as well as negotiated new platforms for collecting and tracking data. We also helped implement a texting platform for communication with ticket holders. Working the largest event since before the pandemic started was quite an adventure. The team at Churchill Downs really knows how to make their guests as well as event staff feel special. Churchill Downs is a leader of fan experience in the horse racing industry. We were excited to be chosen during the pandemic to provide ticket resolution for Horse Owners, Trainers, Jockeys and their families. Not only were we in charge of resolving issues for Churchill’s most elite guests, we were the only outsourced staffing solution for the ticket department.
